The third-party service we use for automated emails has scheduled downtime for 1am to 7am EST on January 11. Emails sent by our system (e.g. Reports, Spike Alerts, password resets) will not be sent during this time. Most emails triggered during this window will be delivered after the downtime is complete, with the exception of password reset emails. For password resets, visit chartbeat.com/forgotpw after the downtime is complete.
