We will start our planned maintenance in a few minutes. It will lead to some dashboard irregularities, but it should only last a few minutes.
Updated (7:42pm EST): Maintenance is over, and everything is back to normal. There might be a slight dip in concurrents in historical graphs in the period from 7:10pm to 7:35pm EST.
We’re experiencing some issues to with log-ins to the dashboard. We’re working on a fix and will alert you here when we’re back up.

We’re aware of issues occurring with Chartbeat performance / traffic graphs - data may be appearing inaccurate or incomplete.
This is affecting only some Chartbeat dashboards, not Chartbeat Publishing (Newsbeat) dashboards.
We will update this page when the issues have been resolved.

Our service provider, Amazon, had yet another network outage this morning (between 2:22 AM and 2:43 AM PDT). This unfortunately meant that dashboards were unaccessible and traffic levels were misreported.
Network connectivity is back, and traffic levels are recovering now.
We experienced a short network outage at around 6:00 AM EST. We were not able to record pings from users on some Chartbeat and Newsbeat sites at that time, and you may have see a dip in your traffic for that few minutes.
All systems are back up and running normally now.
4:40 p.m. EST: The issue has been solved and all dashboards should be back to normal.
3:40 p.m. EST: We’re investigating. More to come when we have details.
All System are up and functional as of 10:30 PM EST. Some customers may see an interruption in historical data during this period, but all system are back online.
Due to scheduled server maintenance from our hosting provider Amazon’s EC2, you may see dashboard irregularities from 6 p.m. - 12 a.m. (EST) on Sunday, December 11th.
We’ll be posting updates here during the maintenance window, so please check back for the latest information.
Our infrastructure provider, Amazon, had a network issue at around 9:10am EDT. This meant a traffic drop in most people’s dashboards. Traffic is slowly coming back to normal now.
Update 10:08am EDT: Seems like the problem is/was more widespread and might affect more than just Amazon.
Update 1:39pm EDT: The culprit seems to have been faulty routers, especially at Level3 (more info).
